Get off your Ass Nicole

Ok. This is bullshit. I am 13 months postpartum and I still look 6 mo pregnant. I need to get with the program. I have always had issues with my weight. Along with most women in America. But at the same time, I consider myself healthy. I eat whole nutritious foods and exercise. I run an average of twice a week . Plus the 1+ mile walks I take daily at work. As a family, we try to be outside as much as possible, walking to the park or riding bikes. I know I need to do more, but shit...I am not sitting on the couch eating bon bons. Okay maybe I am sitting on the couch drinking my wine, but you get what I am saying.

I just wish I was even at least pre-pregnancyweight. And now here we are planning on babe #2. I would like to lose at least 10lbs before my next pregnancy. I have never lost 10lbs in my life. So I need a plan. And I need to stick to it. I will update on here.
